I had a *GREAT* idea for a necklace using all black and silver components . . . it was gonna be so funky and really cool . . . I had some black oval shaped black jasper rings, some sterling silver hammered squares, a Swarovski Crystal ring, several different shapes of sterling chain, and black seed beads . . . . All that would make an AMAZING necklace, right??Hmmm. Here's the result. I'm not happy with it. What do you think?

Christie, I agree with Linda ~ List it high and see what happens!!! Just because you're not thrilled doesn't mean somebody else won't be! :)
Eh... doesn't do it for me, but then I'm very picky.
I can definitely see the concept, but... I agree, the overall effect in the end doesn't quite work for me. I think with tweaking, though, it could still work out.
I'm going to remake this - I've decided that part of the problem is that the chains linking the beads are too long; if I shorten them the effect will be much nicer. I don't know when I'll get around to it, but I'll post new pictures whenever I do.
