I've decided that I really like my new model, even if she's out of proportion. I've named her Esmerelda. :)
Esmerelda is modeling my newest Etsy listing - a grey and black double spiral necklace accented with a Hill Tribes fine silver leaf. I love the double spiral stitch! It's a great way to get that twisted look - and the beads will STAY twisted because they are stitched in place. I also used a "V" stitching technique so that I could create a focal point to attach a pendant.
